Maize flour
Maize flour is used directly for human consumption and as raw material in food-processing and confectionary industry.
It is produced by milling of previously degerminated non-GMO maize while the granulation of ground endosperm is 355 microns.
At buyer’s demand, maize flour can also be delivered in 25 kg or 50 kg paper bags.
Shelf life for maize flour is 12 months.
